Outspoken Youth Ministry

Mission:
Outspoken Youth's mission is to glorify God through the reaching, equipping,
and sending out of youth, who passionately desire to see world transformation beginning
with their personal sphere of influence. We strive to prepare a generation of revivalists
to rise up through the enablement of the Holy Spirit to take the love, truth and
power of Jesus Christ to the four corners of the earth. At Outspoken youth you will
find a safe place, free from the fear of rejection, where you can come and meet
the real God and build relationships with other youth finding their true identity
and purpose through a relationship with Jesus Christ. |

What we do:
Service times:
We meet at 6:30 PM in the upper floor of the Chapel on Wednesday evenings
to hang-out and fellowship, with service starting at 7 PM. Special services, including
services dedicated to prayer, are scheduled throughout the year.
We also meet on Sundays at 6PM for Small Group Bible Study. You are welcome to attend. |
Missions giving:
Outspoken youth is dedicated to reaching our world from Allentown, PA by
raising funds for Speed-the-Light. Outspoken youth sets a yearly offering goal that
we strive to achieve through personal offerings as well as fundraising events. Fundraising
events in the past have included: cake and pie auctions, rock-a-thons, yard sales,
banquets & other activities!

Retreats:
Getting out of a daily routine and devoting
time specifically for the purpose of seeking God is invaluable in the Christian
walk. We strive to provide as many of these opportunities as possible. This includes
district events such as Winter Retreat & Youth Convention, as well as other
special services hosted by Emmanuel or as available elsewhere.

Outreaches:
Every Christian is called to do the work of an evangelist and to spread
the gospel of Jesus Christ. Whether its treasure hunting (feel free to ask), or
handing out bottles of water, we are dedicated to stepping out in faith and showing
forth the power and truth of Jesus Christ to our city. |

Have Fun:
Fellowship and the building of friendships are an essential part of the
Christian walk. We provide many opportunities throughout the year for youth to fellowship
and build friendships including: Knoebel's, Corn Maze, Christmas Party, Wing-Dews,
movie/hangout nights, all-nighters, bowling, mini-golf and much more!
